Credit Facilities

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Laser for all transactions.

Postage/Packing

Postage Courier charges are invoiced at actual cost, and are subject to such inreased charges as are made by the service provider from time to time.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods. Late claims cannot be processed.

V.A.T.

VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on products deemed by the Revenue Commissioners to attract VAT.

Due to fluctuating international market conditions including currency exchange rates, prices are subject to amendment without prior notice. However, Material Needs makes every effort to keep price adjustments to a minimum, and to advise customers as soon as possible of any significant increases.

Privacy Policy

Material Needs do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
