How to use this site

Some of the items we stock can be personalised in both embroidery and print, and some works better in one or the other. The process is a little different for each, so take a look below to see how the process works. Because you might wish to order multiple items with different personalisation on each, the site is set up so that you must order each item individually - if you need multiple purchases of the same item contact us and we can offer you a better price and more convenient ordering process.

Once we receive your order we will always send you an email confirming your order.

Embroidery:

With embroidery personalisation any design has to be digitally converted into a pattern of stitches. The process is simple, and we have a selection of fonts, thread colours and graphic designs, but if you want more choice, such as using your own logo, image or design, please contact us.

Because some graphics are much larger or contain many more stitches than others, they each have a separate price - so they have to be purchased first. Then when you are personalising the item which is going to have the graphic added to it, you simply choose that graphic.

1. Choose your item to be personalised (some items have different sizes and colours)
2. Choose your lettering - because of the stitch count, embroidery lettering is charged as an additional €1 per letter on top of the item price.
3. Choose the font (click to see the choices)
4. Choose the thread colour (click to see choices)
5. Decide whether or not you want a graphic with the lettering, if you do, and you have already chosen one and added it to your basket, then choose this graphic on the dropdown.
6. Select your layout (click to see choices)
7. Go through to the checkout.

Vinyl:

For vinyl print personalisation we can offer lettering and graphics in a variety of colours, fonts, and layouts. Simply:

1. Choose your item to be personalised (some items have different sizes and colours)
2. Choose the lettering - this won't affect the price
3. Choose the font (click to see the choices)
4. Choose the lettering colour (click to see choices)
5. Decide whether or not you want a graphic with the lettering, if you do
6. Upload your graphic - this could be a design such as a clip art file such as you would have on your computer
7. Select your layout - and go through to the checkout.

Full colour print (sublimation):

Full colour print uses a process called sublimation, and it means we can print your entire design onto an item. The process is very simple and easy,simply:

1. Pick your item to be personalised
2. pload your picture, photo or logo - and go through to the checkout.

If you don't see what you want:
We can carry out almost any possible personalisation you might require, but for the purposes of the site we've had to simplify. If you don't see quite what you're after please contact us and we can work out a bespoke price.
